Which Bank issues your virtual credit cards?

Our Visa cards are issued by European Union banks, Our Mastercard are issued by USA banks.  Our cards are accepted anywhere VISA/Mastercard is accepted. (Online stores, Adwords, Paypal, Amazon…)

Can I apply for a card?

There is no application you simply buy it using Credit Card, Alertpay, Libertyreserve, western union, moneygram or bank wire, no matter
where you live.

No, Virtual Credit Cards can only be used for online, phone or fax orders.

Can I return my credit card if I don’t need anymore?

No, cards are neither returnable nor refundable. However, you may request for a refund before your card is issued to you.

Do you provide 3 digits security code (CVV)?

Yes, we provide a three digits security code on all prepaid virtual credit card obtained from us.

My Credit Card was stolen or misused, what can I do?

You are 100% responsible for all use and misuse of your prepaid virtual credit card. You are advised to keep the information of your Credit Card save and secured; using your Card on pornographic and scam sites can expose your card information to scammers. We may be able to help you recover your fund if you contact us immediately in some cases but we do not guarantee it. When goods or services has been delivered to the scammer recovery is always difficult.

Can I use my Card on Paypal.com and Clickbank.com?

You can use our Visa Card to buy anything on Paypal.com or Clickbank.com if you meet there security procedures. Just add your credit card to your Paypal account profiles and there you go, you can click paypal button on any website to pay with your cards on your paypal account.

Do you provide Credit Card on plastic?

Since it is a prepaid virtual credit card, it is not provided on plastic. You will receive it by email. However, you can order our Classic MasterCard (Plastic)

Do you provide Bank Accounts with prepaid virtual credit cards?

No, our prepaid virtual credit cards are not associated with bank accounts.

Do I need to use my correct name and address?

No, the credit card has no name but if you buy physical goods you must provide an address for delivery. That being said you are responsible for any illegal use.

Do you provide verification?

Yes, some companies require you to verify ownership of the credit card, they do this by authorizing a a small amount like $2.00 and asking you to verify it, we provide this information for free simply include the last 8 digits of your card number and your email (do not include CVV2/CVC2).

My balance will be in US$ but some web sites accept money in other currencies what will I do then?

This card will work when you have to pay in any currency. When you will give your card details there the merchant will convert money from Dollars to that currency and will deduct from your account.

Can I change my Credit Card Account Number?

No, it is not possible at all if you need an other account number you have to buy an other Card.

Can I reload my Virtual Credit Card?

Yes, It is a reloadable Prepaid Credit Card.

Can I gift this Card to someone?

Yes, you can gift it to any one.

What about charge backs and refunds?

Due to the nature of this cards, there are no refunds on charge backs.

When will I receive my card?

Within 24 hours you will receive your credit card. in most cases even sooner.

Contact us immediately with your payment information, if more than 48 hours have passed.

What happens to the money on my Credit Card if it expires?

You are advised to spend all the money that you have on your Credit Card before it expires; any money left on the Card will be lost.

Is there any fee to get the statement?

No, this service is totally free.

What is your refunding policy?

Once an order is processed it can not be refunded.
